That’s a good question, Kate. I’ve never tried it. I would imagine that it would certainly work for relatively short periods. And possibly for longer. I don’t know how that would affect the potency. If you’re looking to preserve San Pedro for a long time, your best bet is to dehydrate it and powderize it — that will last many, many months even at tropical room temperature.
